WP1 - Project Management

NTUA, the Project Co-ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the project as well as the main interface between the Consortium and the European Commission. NTUA consolidates the project planning, progress reports, milestones reports, cost statements and budgetary overviews etc. using the inputs from the other partners and he will co-ordinate the communication between the partners. The Work Packages leaders are responsible for the detailed co-ordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of their WP and for the detailed co-ordination of this WP with the other tasks in the project.
